How does "Print-on-Demand" work?
At Tksgift, we believe in sustainability and quality. Every item is printed specifically for you only after the order is placed. This ensures you receive a fresh, high-quality product while reducing environmental waste.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we start the crafting process almost immediately, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at support@tksgift.com as soon as possible if you need to make an adjustment.

To provide you with the most unique designs and fastest delivery, Tksgift operates as a Brooklyn-based creative studio with a global fulfillment network. While our designs are born in
Manhattan, NY, we partner with professional printing facilities across the United States, UK, and other international hubs.
Note: Your order will be shipped from the nearest fulfillment center that has your item in stock to ensure efficiency and reduce shipping times.
How long will it take to receive my gift?
- Production Time: 2 - 5 business days.
- Shipping Time: 4 - 8 business days for standard US delivery.
Total estimated delivery is usually within 6 - 13 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our Track Your Order page. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product is defective, contains a printing error, or isn't what you expected, we offer a full refund or a free replacement within 60 days of delivery.
Do I need to ship my return back to Manhattan?
No! To save you time and hassle, we do not require you to ship the item back. Simply send a clear photo of the issue to our support team, and we will handle the rest. You can keep, donate, or recycle the original item.
